FAQ

📧 If you can’t find your question or the below please contact us at support@cronofy.com.

The interview is scheduled with the wrong interviewer(s).

This can usually be caused by either:

  • Check if the person assigned to the Hiring Team for the job is correct.
  • In the automation a specific role of this Hiring Team is chosen, we advise to doublecheck if this is the correct role (e.g. Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Interviewer).
  • Check if the account of the interviewer in SmartRecruiter is 100% a match to that interviewers' account in Cronofy.

The automation is not triggered when the candidate is moved to the next stage.

The automation is not triggered when the candidate is moved to the next stage.

First check:

  • The SmartRecruiters account of the interviewer (selected via the template in the automation trigger) needs to match 100% with the email address that is known as a Cronofy account (and they need an account in both).

If it still doesn’t work:

  • Go into the Cronofy dashboard by logging in.
  • Go into [your organization] settings in the left column and to the tab 'Integrations' -> 'SmartRecruiters'.
  • Search the hiring process that this role falls under and open the automation trigger.
  • Double check if the automation trigger is enabled.

How can I limit the number of interviews someone can get on a daily and/or weekly basis?

How can I limit the number of interviews someone can get on a daily and/or weekly basis?

Step 1: contact support@cronofy.com with the limits you would like to have set up. These can be set up per member or per group of members.

Step 2: when you have interviewers on which this limit should be applied, this works via 'tags'. We will create an 'Interview' tag for you that you can add to a Cronofy template for the automation.

This tag will count the number of interviews each interviewer receives and will then be automatically be applied when you select this template as the interviewer template in the automation trigger.
