Connect your calendar so Cronofy can read your availability in real time. This is what allows the Scheduler to offer only genuinely free time slots to your invitees - and keep everything in sync when events change.

Cronofy reads your calendar's free/busy data and - where the event details are needed - event titles. It does not read the content of calendar events beyond what's required to coordinate scheduling. You can review full details of how calendar data is handled in our Data Management Policy.

What can Cronofy read in my calendar?

This policy sets out how Cronofy collects, handles and stores data to meet our data protection standards, fulfil the rights of our customers, end-users and meet the requirements set out by regulators and the law.

Do you store users’ calendar information?

We store all calendar information including event details, but not their contacts.

Where is your data hosted?

Either USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia or Singapore. They are run on completely separate instances with no data transfer between the data centers.

Can I connect an iCloud calendar?

Unfortunately at this time its not possible to sign up with a iCloud account.

Which calendar providers can I use with Cronofy?

We support Google and Microsoft calendars.
