Let AI agents schedule meetings across Google, Microsoft and Apple calendars

Add agent-powered scheduling without building the orchestration layer
The Cronofy MCP Server is the entry point for AI agents into Cronofy's Temporal Infrastructure, through the Model Context Protocol. Agents can access scheduling tools in a standard way, while Cronofy handles calendars, availability context, coordination, and booking logic behind the scenes so you can launch agentic scheduling quickly, without building complex integrations or infrastructure yourself.
Power your own interview scheduling AI agent
Your agent checks interviewers' availability, offers the candidate times and books the interview.
The candidate, interviewers and job are recorded against every booking.
Rolling it out to your customers? We'll plan it with you.

Turn conversations into scheduling actions
Users ask in plain language, in Microsoft Copilot, in Claude or in your own agent, without ever switching tools.
Agents can generate links from templates or raw details, turning text into action without manual coordination.

Give agents real context into user availability
Cronofy keeps context around availability and constraints across Google, Microsoft and Apple calendars in a single system, giving agents structured, reliable context to schedule on behalf of users.
Instead of relying on incomplete or inferred signals, agents can access real-time availability, preferences, and constraints across participants to enable reliable coordination at scale.

You want agents to handle scheduling tasks
Let AI agents create booking links, suggest times, and coordinate meetings conversationally.
You want to keep users in the flow of work
Keep users in your application while agents manage scheduling, instead of sending them to external tools.
You want agents to stay context-aware
Give them real-time availability and timezone-aware options so they suggest the right times, not just any times.
Built on a single, compliant infrastructure backed by 99.99% uptime
The MCP Server runs on the same Temporal Grid as Cronofy's three capability groups: managed scheduling and rescheduling, modular calendar and availability control, and meeting conferencing and transcription. One integration can use all three across your product, without managing separate systems.
Cronofy is GDPR, HIPAA compliant, SOC 2 Type 2 attested, ISO 27001, 27701, and 27018 certified, with six regional data centers giving you complete control over where your data lives.

Build with expert guidance
Work with a dedicated technical advisor to design your integration and get to production faster. Ongoing support helps you scale and adapt as your product evolves. The same level of support on every plan.

What tools does the Cronofy MCP Server offer?
Three scheduling tools. Suggest Times To Meet finds times when two or more people are free, and returns a scheduling link the recipient can use instead. Choose Suggested Time books the time picked and returns a rescheduling link. Create Scheduling Link creates a link the recipient uses to pick a time from the host's availability, and Cronofy can email it for you. For job interviews, the link and the suggested times record the candidate, interviewers and job against the event.
Can I use Cronofy as a Google Calendar MCP or an Outlook MCP?
Yes, for scheduling. The Cronofy MCP Server schedules across Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Apple calendars and on-premise Exchange, through one MCP endpoint. Your agent doesn't need a separate Google Calendar MCP or Outlook MCP to book meetings.
Which AI tools can use the Cronofy MCP Server?
MCP clients that connect with OAuth 2.0 or an API key. The Cronofy MCP Server is an approved tool in the Microsoft Copilot Tool Marketplace (setup guide). It also works in Claude Code and Claude Desktop (setup guide).
How do I get started with the Cronofy MCP Server?
Sign up for a Scheduler account, enable the Developer Tools and create an Application. Then add the server URL to your MCP client. The MCP Server docs walk through each step.
Can we offer the MCP Server to our own customers?
Yes. Talk to an expert, and we'll plan how to deploy it across your platform.
