Does Cronofy handle panel interviews where the interviewers are in different time zones?
Yes. Cronofy schedules panel and multi-interviewer interviews by resolving availability across every participant at once, wherever they're based. Each interviewer's own calendar, working hours and requested buffers are taken into account, so your platform doesn't have to reconcile them.
How does round-robin routing across an interviewer pool work?
Interviews are assigned across a pool of interviewers according to rules your customers' admins set. Those rules sit with the admins, outside your codebase.
Can our customers' admins configure their own interview pools, templates and limits without coming to us?
Yes. Scheduling Controls gives your customers' admins a UI and API for their organization's rules, including interview pools, templates, interviewer limits, domain handling and escalation.
How do interviewers connect their calendars, and does every one have to authorize Cronofy individually?
Not necessarily. Individual Connect authorizes calendars one user at a time, while Enterprise Connect authorizes an entire client organization at once. Either way, you choose between full calendar sync and free/busy-only access.
Which calendars and conferencing providers does Cronofy support?
Cronofy supports Google, Microsoft 365, Apple and on-premise Exchange calendars, and Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for conferencing. Meeting Transcripts returns the recording, transcript and summary, and supports more than 30 languages.
Does Cronofy attach the transcript to the right candidate record, even when the interview is rescheduled?
Yes. Cronofy handles reschedules, cancellations and updates across calendars and participants. When the interview is scheduled through Cronofy, the meeting agent is attached to the calendar event, so it follows the interview to its new time and the transcript lands against your platform's own record.
What can we build on top of the interview transcripts Cronofy provides?
Your team can build candidate scoring, automated feedback summaries and skills matching on top of them. Cronofy supplies the raw transcript alongside the summary, and your own model does the reasoning.
Where is interview and calendar data stored, and is it secure?
Meeting data runs entirely on Cronofy's infrastructure, with no third-party subprocessors. Cronofy has six regional data centers, in the UK, US, Canada, Germany, Australia and Singapore. Calendar data isn't transferred outside the data center it's hosted in, and recordings and transcripts are stored in the one you choose. Transcription itself may be processed in another region of the same cloud provider. Cronofy is GDPR and HIPAA compliant, SOC 2 Type 2 attested, and certified to ISO 27001, 27701 and 27018.
