Creating Templates

Templates can be used with selection rules to make creating scheduling requests fast and easy. You can also use our "Start from a Recent Request" feature to leverage automatically generated templates based on previously created requests.

Start from recent request

Every time you create a scheduling request we will remember the details of that request and save them for you.

This can be re-used when you schedule recurring and/or similar interviews where you want to have any of the following pre-filled:

  • Host of the meeting.
  • Event details (title, location, duration, calendar invite text).
  • Tags (if you have interviewer limits set up).
  • Custom hours or specific slots you selected.
  • Allow rescheduling checkmark on or off.

You will find the 10 most recent requests you created that you can select from after which we will copy the details right into the new request.

Try it out by opening the browser extension and clicking on one of your recent requests 🚀

If you haven't scheduled a (test) meeting yet, you will not see this functionality yet. After your first (test) meeting it will appear.

Create a Template

Templates are a great way to standardize your invites. They act as scheduling rules that you can reuse to schedule a high volume of similar events in one go.

To create a template you need to navigate to your OU and select Scheduling and then Templates.

From here you can see and edit your already created Templates.

Click on the Create template to get started and name your template.

Edit and Customize

Templates work in conjunctions with our Selection Rules and which you need to setup, more info here. To edit an already created Template, you can click on View Template and then scroll to the bottom and click Edit Template.

Select a Host and/or a Selection Rule to get started, after you can populate the event details as you would when creating a Scheduling Request.

Data capture

We’ll ask for like phone number or email information whenever a time is booked. This applies to the Public Link only.

Click Save and you are good to go.
