Candidate reschedule

You can choose to enable this while creating a request. In case you check the box for rescheduling you can expect an email notification for yourself (and other interviewer if you schedule on behalf of) for the newly selected date. The invites will be automatically updated too.

Interviewer reschedule

When you need to reschedule an interview, either one scheduled for yourself or on behalf of someone else or a panel, we advise to go to your personal Cronofy dashboard. You can go to your requests overview and click on the request you want to cancel.
