Disabling and enabling automation of a role's interview stage(s)

  • Go into the Cronofy dashboard by logging in.
  • Go into [your organization] settings in the left column and to the tab 'Integrations' -> 'Greenhouse'.
  • Find the role (ctrl+F) by it's name and find the one that is for the interview stage you are looking to disable/enable.
  • Uncheck 'Enabled' to disable the automation for the role's interview stage respectively check 'Enabled' if you want to turn it back on.
  • Scroll down to the bottom to save and that's it!

Adjust the e-mail template that is sent to candidates

The e-mail template that is sent to candidates for a specific interview stage are added by your organization. If you want to make an adjustment for a role's interview you can do so by the following steps.

  • Go into the Cronofy dashboard by logging in.
  • Go into [your organization] settings in the left column and to the tab 'Integrations' -> 'Greenhouse'.
  • Find the role (ctrl+F) by it's name and find the one that is for the interview stage you are looking to adjust.
  • Scroll all the way down to the 'Email template' to make the change you wish to make.
  • Click on 'save' and that's it!

If you have a test candidate in the system you can always check if the e-mail is what you want it to be by moving the test candidate into the role's interview that you just adjusted.

Adjust the calendar invite that will be sent to the candidate and interviewer(s)

  • Go into the Cronofy dashboard by logging in.
  • Go into [your organization] settings in the left column and to the tab 'Integrations' -> 'Greenhouse'.
  • Find the role (ctrl+F) by it's name and find the one that is for the interview stage you are looking to adjust.
  • Scroll down to the 'Event template' to make the change you wish to make.
  • Click on 'save' and that's it!

If you have a test candidate in the system you can always check if the calendar invite is what you want it to be by moving the test candidate into the role's interview that you just adjusted and booking a slot with the booking link that's sent out.
