Telehealth Access and Patient Experience Report

We surveyed 2,000 US patients who had used remote healthcare at least once in the 12 months leading up to June 2021. The results show that 67% of patients would be less stressed about their health if they had better access to health services generally. For nearly two thirds of patients, virtual appointments and being able to book online enabled greater access.

In the report you'll get data and insights to show:

  • The appetite for future use of remote healthcare, booking and accessibility
  • Patients' preferences and frustrations with their healthcare experiences both remote and in-person.

"When you have an appointment and you have to sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes, your experience is diminished...

And what I've noticed with telemedicine visits is that, even if sometimes they're delayed, many times they are prompt and on time."
