Which availability does Cronofy look at when searching for free slots in the interviewers calendar?

Outlook: only 'free' slots or events marked as 'free' will be taken into account. All other events including 'working from elsewhere' and 'tentative' will be seen as not available.

Gmail: only 'free' slots or events marked as 'free' will be taken into account.
