Schedule faster with personal templates

If you have similar (or the same) standard meeting types you schedule frequently, we advise you to create a personal template.

In this way you can add standard details such as the meeting duration and calendar invite title and body.

E.g. you can create a 15 minute meeting template with the title 'Introduction call' and a standard text in the calendar invite.

How can I create personal template?

Step 1: create a selection rule with only yourself in it. A selection rule is the criteria of 'who' needs to be the host of the meeting.

Step 2: Create your personal template with the selection rule you just created.

Tip: if you would like to share this meeting type with an unknown recipient e.g. in your signature, or via en email campaign you can turn it into a public link.
