### Easy Interview Scheduling with our ATS Integrations

Hi. During this video, I'll be showing you how easy it is to schedule any type of interview from within your ATS. For this video, I'm using Greenhouse as an example what we offer the same capabilities for Lever, SmartRecruiters, workday, SuccessFactors, and any other non integrated solution. 

The first example is basically the full automation where I'm moving someone to different stage and will automatically fire off an email to the candidate so they can schedule themselves in. So moving this person to preliminary phone screen, what happens in the back end, there's an automated email that's being sent out, as you can see here, with a self scheduling link. 

That's a one time use link based on the recruiters availability which in this case is me. So translated into 17 different languages, customised branding and capturing your timezone. So right now, candidates picking the time. And what happens now is the candidate receives an invite, the event is created in my calendar, and I also get a notification that's being scheduled in in the back ends.

In Greenhouse, the information will flow back, and basically showing the information in within Greenhouse. So what I'm going to do now is schedule a more complex interview, which is a panel interview where we pull from a pool of people, so two out of five, or two out of four. And there we go. What I want to do now is have a little bit more control and what I want to send the email myself. So what I'm going to do is use a template that I've built for panel interviews. And I'm going to launch the Cronofy Chrome extension, which is also available for Firefox, and edge. You can see I've already created a template for this panel interview. And it's capturing details of the attendee, and the title and description are all in there. And I've added in load balancing limits and weekly constraints. Create invite link, copy paste to the email sent.

Again, this is the exact same experience from a candidates perspective, but now it's pulling from a pool of people rather than one person. So the candidate picks a time confirm. 

So this gets booked into the hiring managers to a calendar, everyone else received an invite, and the information will flow back into Greenhouse so you don't have to do any back and forth and it just scheduled in without any delays. So if I refresh the page, as you can see here, Deniz and Steve Smith are booked in and just to show you the selection roll, pulling two out of four. Hope you enjoyed this video and speak to you soon
