Learn how send MES (Multi-Event Scheduling) invites for faster back-to-back scheduling.

## Multi-Event Scheduling BETA

MES (Multi-Event Scheduling) streamlines the process of scheduling multiple back-to-back interviews, making it ideal for managing complex interview workflows. With MES, you can accelerate candidate progression without the hassle of coordinating each interview individually.

There's no need to request a candidate’s availability multiple times or follow up with interviewers for their free slots—MES takes care of it all in one go.

## Multi-Event Scheduling in Cronofy

After you have **enabled** MES for your OU, you will find that you can now select from the create new request between a single event and a **multi event**.

- Pick the** multi event** to proceed to the setup stage similar to [**creating a regular request**](https://www.cronofy.com/guides/user-onboarding/create-requests). The difference being that you have the choice of setting up more than 1 event and **up to 5**.

- Once you reached the setup for the second event a new option for **+** **adding another event** will appear on the bottom. Clicking that will open a new event set up for you to fill. Up to **5 events** can be selected here.

- You can offer up to 4 weeks of **availability** and event can happen **within** 4 weeks.

- On the last stage "**WHEN**" you can select the **timeframe** you would like to offer and have an **overview** of all events you are about to create. If all looks good you can **create the link** as usual.
