A: Cronofy reads availability from synced calendars. You can find the availability of one or multiple interviewers and share it with a candidate via a self-scheduling link so they can book time with your team.

**Q: What’s an active scheduler account?**

A: An active scheduler account indicates any user in your organization whose calendar gets added to an event. For example, when you schedule a panel interview with three interviewers and a candidate, each interviewer is considered an active scheduler account.

A: You only need a day or two to set up with Cronofy. Recruiters and coordinators only need to download the browser extension to start scheduling immediately.

**Q: Can candidates propose available times with Cronofy?**

A: With Cronofy, you don’t need to ask your candidate to propose available times. Cronofy empowers candidates to choose from real-time slots when your interviewers are available via the booking page. If a candidate is unavailable during offered times, they can select *‘I can’t do any of these days,’* and you will be notified to follow up with them. This approach speeds up the time-to-schedule and gives candidates more confidence in the recruitment process.

**Q: How do I generate time slots for candidates to choose from? **

A: Cronofy shows you the times an interviewer is available to meet with candidates. You can share the full availability with a candidate or choose specific slots in the interviewer’s calendar using Cronofy’s custom slots feature. Custom slots can also override blocked times in the interviewer’s calendar, allowing you to book candidates into any time slot with your team.

**Q: How do I schedule interviews in different time zones?**

A: Cronofy will consider individual time zones for each interviewer based on preferences such as working hours. If more than one interviewer is involved, Cronofy combines available time slots, considering the timezone differences, and then presents the available slots to the candidate in their timezone.

**Q: My company has multiple domains, can I still use Cronofy to schedule?**

A: Yes, with Cronofy you can schedule interviews across multiple domains and brands in one account.

A: You can use the Cronofy Scheduler in English and German. Candidates can schedule interviews in 19 languages.
